Admissions Procedures for New Families
In keeping with the mission of the school, engaging students in Biblical truth, academic excellence and building Christ-like character, Calvary Christian School seeks to admit families who have a genuine personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Parents (and students applying for enrollment in 4th and 5th grades) must agree with the school’s Articles of Faith.
New applicants will be evaluated as to whether or not they meet the minimum qualifications to be successful at CCS based on the Admissions Policy.

Tuition Assistance Fund
The TAS is designed to help families in financial need with the cost of tuition. Generous contributors, who believe in making Christian education more accessible to families, fund the program. The maximum scholarship award is 50% of a family’s tuition. Awards are based on available funds and at the determination of the Calvary Baptist Church leadership team.
Guidelines
Guidelines to apply for tuition assistance:
- Have a registered student at Calvary Christian School
- Submit an online application through FACTS. https://online.factsmgt.com/grant-aid/inst/41469/landing-page
- The family and student must exhibit behavior, in action and attitude, that demonstrates a spirit of cooperation with CCS policies.
- Submit your online application by June 15th. If you submit your application after June 15th, it will be considered if there is money still to award
Timeline
Awards will be determined by the above guidelines and identified needs through FACTS. Awards for financial aid should be communicated to you by July 15th. The CBC leadership team has final authority on financial aid awards.
